Jason McElwaine has been in the electronic security industry for over 12 years and the Managing Director of the company. For the last 4 years he has been overseeing the implementation of company advancements within a number of service areas throughout Northern Ireland, Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
Jason has vast experience within the security solution sector. He has worked within the design, development, management and implementation stages of a number of high profile security solutions. These include government, public, health and educational sectors along with many commercial projects.
Fundamental to the growth of the company has been Jason’s knowledge within solution integration and information technology of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection and Alarm Monitoring Platforms across a diverse range of technologies and applications within the security industry.
Marcus Hunter is qualified with a BA (Hons) Business Management and NEBOSH Diploma. He has worked within the company for 6 years and has been involved with landmark projects across the province. Marcus has built an excellent reputation for providing an innovative, progressive security and monitoring solution to both public and private sector clients whilst continually seeking out new opportunities and developing strong partnerships with clients.
Marcus has an extensive knowledge of the security and monitoring industry, specialising within Alarm Monitoring Platforms including CCTV, Public Space Surveillance (PSS), Lone Working and Assistive Technology. His key focus is on operational development and system integration at all stages, including client consultation, development, service user tailoring, implementation, protocols and procedures.
John Darling has an HND in Business Studies and a BSc in Retailing and Distribution. John was employed by British Telecom for 15 years, initially employed in Customer Services but then heading the Remote Diagnostic team for delays in provision of service.
John transferred to ourselves in 2009 and due to his strong background in customer services and information technology was promoted to supervisor in 2010.
As the monitoring aspect of the company has grown John's key responsibilities have moved to CCTV ensuring the integration and supervision of Town Centre Monitoring, the testing and supervision of Private CCTV sites, customer enquiries, technical enquiries, liaising with clients, data and reporting management whilst conforming with the appropriate legislation and codes of practise.
Nicola Hatton has worked within the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) industry for 14 years operating within one of the largest alarm monitoring companies in the UK.
Nicola worked her way up from a call centre agent to a supervisor before returning home to Northern Ireland in 2014 and joining the B Secure team.
Nicola brings with her a wealth of knowledge of monitoring systems, policies, procedures and requirements involved in the day to day running of a 24hr ARC and thrives on quality customer services, implementing the many requirements of our varying cliental. Nicola is the point of contact for customer queries and will help to design and tailor our services to the specific needs of our clients.
Nicola is passionate about the service we deliver and the security industry as a whole.
Adrian McGovern has worked in the Security industry for over 15 years and has been a valued member of staff since the inception of the company.
Adrian's background is in technical security implementation for CCTV, both analogue and IP, router interface for remote transmission, networking, wireless systems, site commissioning and problem solving.
With Adrian’s information technology knowledge and expertise within CCTV across a diverse range of technologies, alarm platforms and their application within the security industry, ensures we have the ability to provide unparalleled support to all our customers and partners.
